Motor oil was applied to both ends of the injector to the prevent damage to the o-ring.
The Holley fuel rails snap onto the injectors easily with the o-rings
lubricated with oil.
The Holley injector rail has an additional port machined for the factory type regulator . I tapped and pluged this port with a 1/4-18 npt plug.
The bosses on the Holley Team G line up perfectly with the fuel rail mounting holes. 1/4-20 unc x 1 1/4 socket cap bolts are the fasters used.
Goodridge -6 fittings, hose ends, and steel braided fuel line were used to route the fuel underneath the plenum of the Team G. 120 deg. hose ends were used on the front end while 180 deg. were used on the rear end of the fuel rail. The -6 lines fed into a y-block under the plenum that connected to -8 for the return trip back to the tank. The swivel action of the hose ends significantly simplifies the installation.
